End Tiredness Program Review

I’ve created this website for two reasons:

1. To write the most detailed review of the End Tiredness Program by Tina Hagen and Peter Novak because it’s the premium online program for overcoming fatigue. This is not the official site of the program. I don’t know Tina Hagen or Peter Novak personally. I just want to review their program. The official site is at Stop-Being-Tired.com

2. To provide more tips and information on how to sleep better, have more energy, and stop feeling tired. This is still a work in progress as I plan to update the site frequently.

In the mean time, I want to share with you my take on the End Tiredness program and to help you become less tired and enjoy life all the more.

The problem

Let’s begin with why this program was even created, I call it the modern plague. Tiredness is one of the most common health conditions which affects millions of people worldwide. The reason is mostly due to our hectic modern lifestyle. We’re caught up in work, chores, taking care of our family, having a social life. Who has time for all of this?

We sleep badly, eat unhealthy foods, and have a life filled with stress. The result is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Tiredness is often neglected but it can have a major effect on your life:

Why am I so Tired

If you ask the average person why they’re tired they will likely say that they just don’t get enough sleep.

While chronic tiredness has many reasons, lack of sleep is usually not one of them, at least not in itself. How else do you explain the fact that some people do well with 4-5 hours of sleep while others feel dead tired after 8?

Each sleeping cycle lasts about 90 minutes and to really feel refreshed, you need to go through a complete cycle. Wake up in the middle of a cycle and you will still feel tired. This is why sleeping for 6 hours may be better for you than 6.5 hours.

This goes to show you how little we know about how to sleep and how to stop feeling tired. This is why I believe you can learn a whole lot from a program like Tina Hagen’s ebook.
